For those clueless about EVs. The highest capacity EV currently on the market is the Tesla Model S with a 100 kWh (kilowatt hour) battery and 400 miles EPA range. So a full charge would be $15.90 (Assuming no initial connection fee etc).
Compare that to the Hummer EV which will have up to a 200 kWh battery. Welcome to the age of electron guzzlers.
