Recently GM had their “Tech Day” in China to talk about their “Advanced Technology Roadmap for Accelerating “Drive to 2030”.

They posted the script for the presentations which included descriptions of EV designs for Cadillac, Chevrolet and Buick.

For Buick they had two EVs on display which were also shown at GM’s battery day in the US. Those who saw the vehicles described them as a standard CUV and a more athletic sport wagon-looking vehicle.

With you are two new Buick EVs, designed in Shanghai.

The new designs connect to Buick’s storied design history... modernized for an electric future. Our distinct new look will be marked by...

• high lamps with a wing graphic shape,

• a low-set grille, and

• a body-mounted badge.

It will also have a reinterpreted sculptural sharknose.

We believe this modern face brings a dignified elegance to the new Buick portfolio.

If you look through the official GM Design Instagram this sketch seems to match up pretty well to the description.
