1968 C10 Restoration Update - Part 16 - IT'S ALIVE! and looks like more like a truck

It was a very productive weekend. Finished wiring up the engine. Got all the hoses hooked up. Poured some gas in the tank, no leaks and started cranking. As soon as the carb had fuel thing fired right up. My grandfather and I’s guesses on the timing and the dwell on the points were almost right on the money. Listen to this purr! (I know I was holding the phone wrong, I was too excited)

After getting the timing set and adjusting the carb, turned to the back of the truck and put the bed back onto the frame. It still needs some adjustment to get lined up with the cab, but it got to hot to be crawling around under the truck, so will tackle it next weekend.
