If you’re not racing with us, many of us stream the races on twitch, the links for which will be posted on race day. A list of streamers from the previous round can be found here.

Also, instead of using parties or gamechat, we are going to be using the Oppositelock Racing/Digital Burnouts Discord to communicate during the races. If for some reason we are not using the app or it fails, we will be using gamechat to communicate, and hoping for the best. HERE IS THE INFO AND SERVER ACCESS LINK FOR THE DISCORD SERVER.

Votes are in! I want to preface this by saying y’all are crazy. The race will be held on Sunday, the 29th, at 6 PM EDT. So this will be the quickest turnaround between races we’ve had so far. AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING, BoP IS NOT COMPLETE. So the 917 is here, and it’s ruining my proto class. Builds are a mess right now. Nevertheless, I will get them done before the race. You can follow BoP changes here. Any builds that change will be highlighted, and I will provide a full list of cars that have been given new builds once the BoP process is done. The most popular option for weather was by far real world conditions yet again. So during testing be sure to put in some rain laps just in case the weather in Germany on the 29th is bad. Now, I just want to reiterate that this means we may race in the rain on the Nurburgring. Rain. Nurburgring. Probable death. I’m game but y’all crazy. And on top of that a majority of you voted to keep sim damage. However, I have since realized giving that option was a mistake, as a sim damage race at the Ring can only end with angery people, or even make people not race. So I’m using my executive powers to overrule that vote. Therefore, we will be using fuel and tires damage for this race. Make sure to change personal settings so you don’t get screwed in a crash.

Look for more reminders for this race over the next few weeks. If anything changes before the next race, I’ll post about it there first.
