I took the carb apart, got the secondaries freed up and messed with the timing a little bit. Runs a lot better now although it’s still a dog, feels more like a 289 than it does a 400 but I think a good italian tune up will fix it. I just need to something with the brakes first as they’re just a tad bit sketchy right now.
