Specifically, taco burgers, which is something that probably already exists but I deserve some credit for coming up with it myself, dammit. Mix a packet of taco seasoning in with your beef. Top the burger with taco sauce instead of the usual condiments.
I also make a mean meatloaf burger. Mix hamburg, pork, onion, egg, and bread crumbs together like you’re making a meatloaf but make patties instead. Top with onion gravy.
