The tackiness of the clay bar is still useful once it is saturated beyond detailing use. Attached to the end of a stick, flexible or rigid makes great use of the extreme grip the clay still possesses. I’ve used it countless times to pick up non magnetic fasteners that I’ve dropped. The tackiness required can be adjusted by adding heat to the clay before use.
