so much that my friend and I ended up buying tickets to Tokyo.
It was half the price it normally is, so it was one of those “how could I afford not to?” moments.
Looks like my big trip for 2020 is set; it’s well before the Olympics so I’m not worried about that.
Can’t wait to cram some delicious foods into me. I’m hoping to make my way northward this time rather than the very standard tourist route (Tokyo -> Fuji -> Osaka/Kyoto) that we took last time.

My friend and I are also planning to hop over to South Korea during this time, probably for Seoul and Busan only since we only have three weeks total.
