Well then, here’s a little tip from mi cocina a tu cocina: Whilst crisping up your hard shells in the oven or “en el horno”, use wads of aluminum foil as spacers to encourage a well splayed taco shell! Fun AND reusable! Store them in a ziploc freezer bag for next time.
