I just got off the phone with my surgeon. She reviewed the chest CT scan (the above is just something found via GIS) and found no evidence that the cancer has spread to my lungs, or anywhere else for that matter. Surgery will be sometime in early February, and then I can (hopefully) put this behind me. I’m tired of being tired, and in pain, and just want to get it over with.
Now all I have to do is get the house mom-ready. I have some people lined up to move my surplus crap down to the basement, and have an envelope stuffed with 20s to pay them. It’s not going to be an easy task but will be so nice when it’s done. But once this stuff is in the basement, what are the odds I’ll touch it again?..
