An hour and a half...

Please grant me the patience to deal with the slackasses...

One is driving me crazy because she doesn’t answer the phone or radio, our two functions, leaving everyone else to cover whilst she chats on Facebook or uses company computers to shop for clothes. When I left the room for a restroom break I told her that she had the radio, but she told me that she didn’t need to be told what to do. I’m leaving her with a newbie and a CS agent that just takes phone calls. And when I was stepping away for my break nobody was answering the radio even though there were three people that could do it. One turned to me and asked if I could get it. NO! I’m not the boss, but I’ve been there longer than any of them and I shouldn’t have to tell them to do their fucking jobs.

The newbie had a question and I answered it using my 3.5 years of experience in this job. He then went to the duty manager and asked the same question. And even after her telling him the same thing I just said he still got it wrong and left me with a bunch of last minute fixes to make.

Then there’s the sharp guy who’s busy sharing his favorite songs with the others, making everyone ignore the radio and phones again. He’s talkative, and the room gets loud with extraneous conversation. It’s usually pretty quiet when I’m leading, probably with everyone else plotting to kill me...

Ju do your fucking job then go home and have a life. Customers and drivers first - is that too much to ask?
