I finally got to speak to a human! For reasons that they cannot explain, what I’m seeing when I do an inquiry on my claim ($0 balance, low weekly amount) doesn’t match what their system is telling them (~$4K balance, full weekly amount, 12 weeks remaining). I guess I really won’t know until I file on Sunday whether they’re telling me the truth or not.
Four frigging days to get in touch with someone. Four. Days. I’m glad that they answered today since they’re taking the day off tomorrow.
