Got my Cannondale all ready to ride! Rode it 20 miles yesterday, and learned enough to make a few adjustments today. I’d say it’s a front wheel tune up from pefect(for a 20 year old bike). This Bike is actually nicer than I thought. Because I don’t know road bike brands, but the gear secretors and brake components are all Dura Ace, the hubs are campagnolo, and rims are Velocity. Only upgrades in mind are a carbon seat post, and saddle. If you’ve got suggestions on those I’d be happy to hear them.
Those stripes on the seat stay are reflective tape. I’ve got a tailight on the way too, and might as some aero bar end mirrors too.
