Our realtor called us at noon yesterday and told us to come look at a house that was just listed. We checked it out at 12:30, went to the bank at 3 got a prequalified letter, and put in an offer at 5. And it’s already been accepted. The house also comes with this garage!
And a huge fenced in yard, a wrap around deck and was about 30k under market value. In what is still a pretty cheap market here in norther wi. The home owner is moving in 2 weeks and wanted a quick sell. Well he got it. We were one of 5 offers and the only one with a prequalified letter.
We did put in an inspection contingency so we’re going to have to see how that goes, but if it goes well we’ll be closing 6/14. We werent “planning” on buying a house for another year. Crazy.
Long story short I’ll be a 2 time “home owner” before I’m 30. And a land lord since our duplex will be fully rented out once we move.
