What do you guys think if this 98 Ram 1500. Bright red, racing stripes 2wd 5.9 magnum, nice wheels, grandpa spec fiberglass running boards, and hard tonneau cover. Looks like it has a fiberglass rear roll pan/bumper delete too, but there’s no good pictures of the rear.

It certainly look clean like time capsule clean. But is is worth the 13k the dealership is asking?
