Obviously this wasn’t down on my street. But a version of this car is in the entry way of the building I work in (one of a few different cars on the company’s campus here in Houston). I didn’t upload an actual picture because they are a little weird about any photos taken on campus and shared on “social media”. I’m a consultant and it isn’t worth the worry to post the actual picture. But since it is a work place and not public, there is no rope surrounding it, I could go up and touch it or sit on a wheel (which I clearly don’t).

But, my main point is - I get to walk in right next to this every day, and I do not get bored of looking at it. Thinking about all of the minute details, how every surface was designed to best serve a purpose. Sometimes, when I’m meeting people to walk to lunch, I’ll intentionally leave my desk a few minutes early just so I have an excuse to stand next to it and stare.
