Is 900ft^2 A Deal Breaker?

Came across this plot of almost 6 acres in a great location. Literal midpoint between where the missus and I work.

Nearly 6 acres of land, pond in the back, and a 30x30 garage with full electrical and loft. 3 beds is more than enough for the two of us and Toby. Only downside I see is the small size: 900sq ft.
