The sellers accepted our offer on this place today. We still have to go through inspections and appraisal, but looks like it could be ours by June 30th!
Only disappointing thing when we saw it in person is that though it has 3 doors, its really a 2.5 car garage as the farthest left door has a short spot because of the stairs. It’ll leave more space for the other cars which is good, but wish it was a full 3 car. Maybe a Morgan 3 Wheeler will fit 🤷🏻♂️.
