8:08 a.m. A Kalispell woman called to express concern that there were two dogs inside a vehicle. Someone went and checked on the animals and it appears that they had food and water.

8:09 a.m. A local woman was taking out the trash and found a box with a dead deer in it. The woman thought that was pretty odd and called 911. Law enforcement went over to inspect it and could only find a bag of glass clips.

8:59 a.m. A Texas woman called to report that someone cashed one of her checks in Kalispell and she believes it was fraudulent.

9:06 a.m. Some youths were blasting music and disrupting the peace of the neighborhood. A law enforcement officer spoke with them about turning their stereo down. The youths complied.

10:49 a.m. A Kalispell man called 911 because the street sweeper working in front of his house was creating a lot of dust and he was having a hard time breathing.

11:09 a.m. A man who works at a local car wash called the cops because he found a bag of drugs in the vacuum cleaner.

11:21 a.m. A house was broken into in Kalispell.

11:44 a.m. A man enjoyed a meal at one of Kalispell’s fine eateries and then walked out without paying.

11:55 a.m. Local law enforcement asked a man to move his car. The man said that he needed to get a new key made for the vehicle but said he would move it as soon as the key arrived.

12:19 p.m. A Kalispell woman called 911 because her ex-boyfriend egged her current boyfriend’s car.

1:31 p.m. A woman called 911 because a dog walked into her house like he owned the place.

2:08 p.m. A Kalispell resident was worried about the dog they saw in a car.

2:45 p.m. Someone dropped some stickers off at the police station.

2:48 p.m. Someone discovered some fake gift cards at a Kalispell-area hair salon.

12:59 a.m. Two youths were causing problems in Libby.

3:19 a.m. A Libby resident heard an unfamiliar noise in her garage. Upon further investigation, she found a woman she didn’t know standing in her garage.

1:02 p.m. A local man called 911 to report that his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend just won a car. He wanted law enforcement to know that neither the ex nor the new boyfriend have a driver’s license, so if officers saw someone driving that new car they should pull it over immediately.

1:13 p.m. A man called 911 because he hit a deer with his car. He didn’t have time to stop and check on the deer, so he asked if law enforcement could do it.

5:44 p.m. A Libby youth called 911 because they found an injured bird outside of the restaurant they had just dined at.

5:57 p.m. A Libby man reported that his neighbor had just walked up to his electric fence and cut the power cord, rendering it useless.

5:58 p.m. Guns were stolen in Eureka.

6:55 p.m. A man with a warrant for his arrest was grabbing a beer at a Troy area bar when someone called the cops. The man was unable to order a second round.

9:08 p.m. Someone called 911 because two youths were waving at cars.

10:02 p.m. A Libby man called 911 because someone who was previously kicked out of his mother’s home was back.

10:57 p.m. Someone was driving around town “hooting and hollering.”

12:14 a.m. A Lincoln County man called 911 because his friend traveling from Oregon had not yet arrived at his house and he was concerned. Local law enforcement later found the man’s friend broken down on the side of the road.

7:50 a.m. Two hounds were running around the highway.

9:38 a.m. Someone found drugs down by the river.

10:16 a.m. A man called 911 because two dogs kept walking onto his lawn.

12:35 p.m. A man was hunched over on the side of U.S. Highway 2.

1:02 p.m. A Libby woman reported that someone stole her phone the previous night.

1:19 p.m. An area campground host called 911 to report that he had not seen one of his regular campers for a number of days and was starting to get concerned.

1:23 p.m. A dog bit a young woman.

1:51 p.m. Someone stole a man’s wallet right out of his house.

2:07 p.m. A Kalispell man pocket-dialed 911.

3:19 p.m. A Kalispell woman who was dog-sitting called 911 in a panic because the dog she was watching had just jumped the fence and made a run for it.

3:20 p.m. An older man had fallen and could not get up.

6:58 p.m. A Libby man wanted to speak with a sheriff’s deputy about problems he’s been having with his neighbor. Apparently, the neighbor has been chopping down trees on his property.

1:45 a.m. A Libby resident reported that the guy who damaged her car was now calling her and threatening her.

10:19 a.m. Two dogs were running around the Shopko in Libby.

1:04 p.m. A Libby man called 911 because the television his son purchased on Facebook did not work.

6:18 p.m. A Libby resident reported that their neighbors had been selling tons of drugs out of their home.

9:25 p.m. Someone thought they saw a wildfire in the hills near Libby.

9:35 p.m. Local law enforcement was trying to help a Libby resident find their dog. Apparently, the dog ran off after getting hit by a car. The dog was found with a broken leg but alive.
