So this should be easy right? I have auto pay set up for my internet service. I set it up on the guess... INTERNET! But my credit card number got stolen and now I need to redo my auto payments for various accounts. Amazon, 30 seconds, netflix 15 seconds. But Rectum? I need to log in as the “primary account user” what the fuck is that? I last logged into Rectum maybe 3 years ago... How am I supposed to remember my username and password? So I do the forget my shit thing and that worked for my account but it wouldn’t let me update my billing info... I guess I’m going to have to call someone and “talk” to someone. Hopefully it will be escalated to a “Manager” before this is all over.
