The factory manual says I can leave the front frame crossmember and axle on, but the dealership guy says “i like to take them off, gives more room to work...” we’ll see.

This feels like doing an Audi timing belt.

$12 gasket, 20 hours labor. Whole front of the tractor, all engine accessories, cooling system, etc. has to come off :P
