I had some time in between appointments today so I figured I’d drop by the Sears store and do some tool shopping, to my disappointment the store was closed for good. Not surprising.
There were a ton of Teslas parked in the Sears parking lot (most notably model X’s and Model 3's), with build stickers of September 2019. Brand spanking new. Is this a place to park inventory until someone buys them? Or, does Tesla use the parking lot as a staging area to ultimately deliver cars? None of them were prepped for sale if that matters.
