First off, the ad clearly says the owner misplaced the papers...and this car was given away for free. How can these two then legally claim ownership of this car, assuming they can get a duplicate title. Nothing in the video clears up the paperwork issue.
Also the internet said this things a salvage, they said it’s got a clean Fax, though clearly this Type R’s seen better days. I’m sure this thing has been wrapped around at least three trees.
Lastly it’s clearly not stock...so that makes me believe even more this thing’s hit a tree.
