So on Friday I got the replacement pulley I needed for my B2600i and went to install it and the 3 belts yesterday afternoon.
I noticed I had broken a previous owners wiring repair when taking out the belts, a sensor that runs to the throttle body so it got fixed and then the truck got reassembled with those unusual tensioners and everything looked good and tight so I popped into the cab to start it.
No start
Hmmm - sometimes she’s a bit hard to start after sitting
Crank, feather throttle, stop, repeat.
Shit - still not starting
Pop the hood and look around, maybe I knocked the coil wire loose or something.
Shit again! Two of the wires on the distributor plug broke. Well luckily this connector is only $8 an on amazon with Prime shipping so it’ll be here on Tuesday...
