Dealer Playbook Exposed

I got an email from a dealer I had gotten a car price from in the past. It’s a list of ways to overcome delays in the sale by the consumer. What do you think, Oppo?

There was no presentation or introduction, just what I have pasted below. Seems strange to send this to potential clients, although I suppose it shows how they are willing to work with someone despite objections. Or it says to a buyer, “Don’t give us excuses, come prepared to buy.”

Oh, and “never lost a deal for price” is not true. I didn’t buy from them as a result of their price, after all. And it seems to be undercut by “Couldn’t give you the best deal, wouldn’t expect you to buy from us.”
