Sitting in the sun on Santa Monica Pier after lunch, relaxing at the end of Route 66 until we have to go back to LAX this evening for the next flight home. Trying to stay awake after not really sleeping overnight from Japan. Wife is falling asleep, though.
Watched a Ferrari and a Lambo cruise the boulevard in stereotypical California style. My first time in any part of the Los Angeles area besides the airport. No celebrity spotted, although there were a couple of young possibly Japanese women surrounded by photographers at one point as we were trying to escape the terminal.
Saw a whole car lot dedicated to 70s Broncos on route 1 just north of Marina Del Rey that looked cool.
