Here's the 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport

New for 2020, VW has jumped on the faux coupe crossover bandwagon that’s poplar with Mercedes BMW and Audi. The Atlas Cross Sport is just a more swoopy Atlas, potentially cutting in on headroom.

It rides 2.3" lower than a standard Atlas but has the same wheelbase. The biggest difference on the Atlas Cross Sport, besides the design, is that it looses the 3rd row.Engine options are the same 2.0 turbo 4 and 276 horse V6. Inside it comes with all the typical tech that comes with vehicles these days, wireless charging, driving aid suite, big screens, which VW calls Digital Cockpit.

It hits dealers next spring.
