Where I talked about a little red beauty complicating things?

Well turns out the owner of that little red beauty (which looks just like this):

Just wants to be done with it. The shop is threatening to start charging her storage and she doesn’t have the money to get the motor replaced. So after talking to her for a while last night, she has decided she’d sell it to me.

Taking the wife to check it out tonight, then meeting up with the owner this weekend, so hopefully all goes well and I’ll have yet another van in my driveway!

I’m FUCKING STOKED!

Update:

The lady wasn’t able to get down here this weekend due to the weather, so she told the shop to take it to the scrap yard. Guess I missed this one, at least she was decent enough to let me know.
