Finally Starting

Into my 3.8 swap.

Step one is to get all the sensors and fuel rail swapped so it will run on my wiring/ecm. So that means stripping the old motor:

Then I set into swapping things onto the new motor. I started with the water pump, engine mount bracket, and cam sensor:

With that done I’m ready to start tearing into the top end.

Debating whether or not I want to do head gaskets while its on the stand. I don’t really want to tear it down that far, but I don’t want to have to do it in the van either. They’re not really a common failure point on the 3.8s, so Idk.
