I beleive these 2 photos sum up my time in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Rural King is basically an enormous Tractor Supply. For those not familiar, imagine a Wal-Mart, but dedicated to farmers. You can buy clothing, household goods, accessories, outdoor sporting good, tools, hardware, as well as specific things like livestock feed, fencing, and even baby chicks. They also have a large selection of tractor parts.
After work one day me and the fellas picked up a case of beer, drove down some dirt roads, cranked up the country music, and fished for 4 hours in Sullivan.
That really about sums up Terre Haute. We ate some decent BBQ, and also a good steak, otherwise it was fast good and carryout pizza. It was a busy trip, but based on the success of this trip I have a feeling I’m going to be spending more time out there in the future.
