If you were junking a car, which would you leave on it (the other would be sold on craigslist or whatever)?
* Stock wheels that are “meh” - rusty, have been re-sprayed black and are rusting again, but have good snow tires on them
* Stock wheels that are “ok” - a little rust, but original finish and not too bad, but have dangerously old junk tires on them
