After another eternity raking leaves, I was able to hang the headers on the new engine this afternoon to check spark plug clearance. I am happy to report that it is better than it was on the old (stock) heads and only required a small amount of bash-it-with-a-hammer to get adequate clearance for the quite-fat MSD boots on regular-length plugs.
