this bodes poorly for traffic. If the HWY 6 pass (which goes over Loveland) is closed, the Eisenhower/Johnson tunnels will have to close once every hour to allow hazardous materials through. It’s ALWAYS a massive nightmare. Closing for a short time every hour usually results in hours of backups.
