Way back in 2018 my brother and I were camping at the IMSA race at Laguna Seca. On one of our walks around the paddock we found this pair of brake rotors sitting next to a garbage can. There rears were there too actually. We went back and forth several times wondering if we should take them because it was a mostly uphill walk back to the trailer. We finally decided what the hell these are cool we need them. After a little deceive work we determined they came form the #57 Stevenson Camaro.
I knew form the beginning I wanted to make clocks. So after sitting on my work bench for almost two years I got around to making them. The clock face is carbon fiber bolted to the rotor with 12 stainless steel allen head 1/4-20 bolts. Overall I’m very happy with how they turned out. The Mrs. even allows it in the house.
