Anyone know a way to get rid of old gas?

Can’t find a recycling center in my area. The trans am somehow had more than 5 gallons of gas left in the tank (for several years now) depite the fact that both the return lines were completely open. I don’t know any boyscouts either, that was my friend’s suggestion.

How has it not all evaporated by now?
