Given Torch’s recent article on the 1980 Chevette relative to its competition, it got me thinking about what entry-level shitbox I would have bought if I were in the market in 1980. What would you have chosen in the ‘80 Chevette’s class?
I’d have probably chosen either a Plymouth Champ or an AMC Spirit sedan.
