It’s 4:15pm Friday and I’m on a tram home. I’ve got 350km in the MR2 dead set ahead of me.

Booked a weekend in Beechworth, up on the northern border of the state. Got a friend staying up there. Where we’re staying appears to be virtually inside a big local Brewery. Can’t wait.

It’s not warm and it’ll get colder. But it’s a fantastic early spring day in Melbourne. I’ve been tossing it up all day and I’ve decided it would be stupid of me to leave the roof on.

Just gotta get home, pack a little, fight the rush hour traffic and I’m free. Pray for me Oppo, should get in around 9.
