Remember when Honda engine swaps were a thing?

Any of you with experience in this realm, I have a feasibility question regarding a potential engine swap.

I’m interested in putting a B16a block/GSR head combo into a ‘98 Civic HX 5-speed.

1) Is it possible?

2) Is it feasible?

3) Is it doable by a home mechanic in his own garage?

4) Is it relatively inexpensive?
