The white part was built somewhere (not here) and shipped on trucks to the site and lifted into place by big cranes. They went up fairly quick.

Unfortunately, the people who built the boxes didn’t pay attention to the drawings provided by the architect. They used some regular type of plywood for the exterior sheathing but it required a fire resistant sheathing due to its proximity to the property lines. uh-oh.
