I think I'm tattoo-ready.

I’ve been wanting this for a few years, and since the same idea still holds up for me, I’ll pull the trigger.

I want to have very simple pictograms of the cars that I own. I started with the Twingo, then came the Volvo, and future cars will eventually stack up further back. I made a photoshop mockup (of the tattoo location) as well:

Waddaya think folks? Do any graphic designers have some more feedback?

I had some free time in my studio so I started working on it. I want to create a system which all future cars will follow. Single line weight, no filling in. Hence the nonexistent wheelwells. The Volvo has a very specific rear wheel arch so I translated that straight to the wheel itself. I don’t want to go into more detail for rims, since they might change. I don’t want to make door and other panel lines. The Twingo’s plastic bumpers are a feature for themselves, so I added those. Other prominent details I will add according to the car, to fill in the space (Twingo’s quirky door handle and Volvo’s side trim pieces). I have a bit of a dilemma for the roof rack and canvas top on the Twingo.

Hey, uuuh... Does it hurt a lot?
