They put the engine in the back. It was designed as a motor for a water pump on a fire truck I believe.

The throttle cable was messed up on the engine side. So I cut the cable on that side and backed some of the excess on the pedal off so I could slide the nut that connects to the throttle to cable. Now it has full travel on the throttle. But it doesn't run still, so the automatic choke which is problematic probably needs to be swapped for a manual one.
