Mo started in CART from 2000 to 2002. Then in 2002 he started a move to IIRL by having teams in both CART and IRL during the same year. Throughout this time his team was sponsored by Hollywood (tobacco). Mo hired Tony Kanaan for the 2000 through 2002 CART Seasons. In 2002 they hired Felipe Giaffone for IRL and both Tony and Felipe competed at Indy.
