Well, this is a novel but ingenious way of fighting skyscraper fires...
Apparently China has purchased MLRS systems to fit to their fire trucks that shoot warheads filled with a water/foam fire extinguisher mix. If it’s too high up for ladder trucks to read or too dangerous to send firefighters up to....well, they just shoot rockets at it...
