In this photo of somebody behaving badly at the ‘Ring I posted the other day, can anybody identify what country the Rover operator is from? The Bug and the Opel are from Euskirchen and Steinburg Stormarn, but I don’t think the Rover is sporting a German number at all - and it’s not likely a Brit, given military lights, paint, LHD, and bumper overriders.
Who here has enough background in Euro plates of the ‘60s and ‘70s to make an ID? I’m asking because I legitimately don’t know, and it’s bugging me.
