Canned tuna with some mayo, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, Swiss cheese, and a pickle on toasted Multigrain bread. Along with homemade French fries (sliced potatoes deep fried in vegetable oil) and some broccoli. Excellent lunch time meal to enjoy a sunny day!
With I could stay longer and relax a bit but off to work I go shortly. Anybody have anything good to eat?

At least going in means an excuse to drive!
