And I was thinking boxed Mac and cheese was a suitable alternative

HAH, what a fool I must be to think that! Yesterday as I drove home I thought about making a box of Mac and cheese for dinner since I was kinda craving it. Well instead I looked up a recipe and tried my hand at a homemade baked dish instead. Oh my was it wonderful and relatively easy. It paired up nicely with some hot link sausage on the grill and some steam in bag broccoli and a piece of garlic bread.

Was so good I had the same thing for lunch again today but with pulled pork instead of sausage since it was in my fridge. Mmmm food!

Also washed both cars but forgot to take any photos. Food photos are more important anyways!
