Lots of tire meat for those sunny southern california roads with all of the dry pavement that we have... I liked this tire a lot though, they served me well through my first winter adventures to Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and a few snowy trips to Mammoth at home in CA. And then handled the better part of two years of driving after that. After 30,000 miles or so though, they have become quite sketchy. These do actually have a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty but my struts and alignment are way too screwed to claim that. Either way, new tires will go on after the coilovers and alignment are complete.
Yes, I said coilovers. Now both my cars will be on coilovers. Hope I dont regret this...
