Some of the bigger changes

  • The finale will now take place at ISM in Pheonix Arizona, the Miami Race moves to late March
  • the 3 cut-off races in the playoffs will be Bristol, The Charlotte Roval, and Martinsville. Thisll be the first time Bristol has shown up in the playoffs
  • Regular season finale will now be at Daytona under the lights. First race of the playoffs will once again be Darlington for its throwback weekend
  • To take Daytona’s spot on 4th of july weekend will be the Brickyard
  • For the first time in the modern era Pocono will host a doubleheader weekend with the top level MENSCup series racing on both Saturday and Sunday on June 27th and 28th. This allows them to end the season a full week earlier than normal on November 8th
  • Also for the first time ever there will be a fathers day race which will happen at my home track of Chicago. Normally thats been an off weekend
  • The first martinsville race of the year will be on mothers day weekend under the newly installed lights

I honestly love the changes. The doubleheader weekend at pocono should be a hoot and having all 3 elimination races in the playoffs at short tracks and the roval is a nice change of pace from all the cookie cutter tracks this series runs. Now for 2021 lets get Nascar to go to COTA!
