Got Rear ended (Everones okay)

Not pictured is my car that was in front of these 2. Just started moving from a stop and the accent hit the Corolla at what the driver said was between 30 and 35mph which sent it into the back of my car.

Corolla driver has whiplash an possibly a concussion, accent driver says hes, ” fine”.

Not that it matters much but the civic looks okay-ish, the hit was hard enough to knock the sunglasses off my face, neck and lower back hurt everything else aches. I’m sure tomorrow will be worse.
