I get people commenting on my videos daily about how the Supreme Court has ruled you do not need a driver’s license in the US to drive on the roads so long as you are not doing it commercially. But no one can ever show me the case.
So, today I throw out a hundo and will give it to the first person to send me the citation to this Holy Grail case. Have any kooky friends who believe this? Please share my video with them.
